Our service provides AI-powered infrastructure for building SaaS applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

We provide and manage our own authentication service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We use Stripe for subscription processing. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

Refund requests can be submitted to [email protected]. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on our discretion, in accordance with standard practices in the SaaS industry.

Our service may include integrations with third-party providers. Your use of these integrations may be subject to the respective third-party's terms of service and privacy policies.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by warpgate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall warpgate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
